CareOps Desk is a live demonstration of an IT service desk for care facilities. This page explains what the demo does with data.

Please do not enter personal data, such as patient or staff names, anywhere in the demo.

Demo data

All people, units and requests are made up. The sample data is generated in your browser and kept in that browser tab only. Closing the tab discards it. We do not set cookies and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Optional AI suggestions

The demo offers optional AI assistance. When you use it, the following is sent to our server and forwarded to the Anthropic API to get an answer:

• suggested category and priority: the subject and description you typed;
• reply draft and request summary: the request text, its replies and internal notes;
• knowledge base draft: the article title and category;
• monthly summary and briefing: counts only, never request text.

We do not store this text. Anthropic processes it under its own terms for the API. The three sample requests and the sample article titles are answered without leaving your browser.

Usage limits

To keep the demo available, AI calls are limited per visitor and per day. For this we use a salted hash of your IP address as a counter key for the current day. The address itself is not stored. Our host, Vercel, may keep standard server logs that include IP addresses.
